At PPR, we’re gearing up for the Open Enrollment season for
all of our employees. Before you begin reviewing your benefits plans for the
upcoming year, we’d like to share the following fun facts about this year’s
process. Are you ready? Here it goes:
- PPR Open Enrollment runs through Sunday, October
27, 2019, to Saturday, November 9, 2019. Open Enrollment is that special
time of year when you get to elect new medical, dental, vision, and voluntary
benefits coverage. PPR will offer passive enrollment this year. That means if
you are already enrolled with us and you like your current plan, you won’t be
required to do anything. There is one exception to this rule: Any travelers
wishing to continue their short-term disability benefit will need to elect
during Open Enrollment due to a change in carrier.
- Health benefit plans start at just $10
per week for single medical coverage. You read that right. We have a healthcare
benefit plan for just $10 a week. It’s kind of a big deal, and yes, we’re
pretty excited about it too.
- We’ve added a buy-up plan for vision
coverage. You asked, and we listened. This year, you’ll be able to choose
between two different vision plans, so you can sign up for the option that best
fits your needs.
- Making changes to your plan is as easy as
1, 2, 3! If you want to make changes to your elections for the 2020 plan
year, you can first review your options in your Traveler Benefits Summary. When
you are ready, please follow the instructions below:
- Log in at https://n31.ultipro.com/Login.aspx.
- Click on “Open Enrollment.”
- Follow the steps to verify beneficiary &
dependent information and make your new medical, dental, and vision benefits
- At this time, you should also consider if you’d
like to enroll in any voluntary benefits, including: Short-term disability,
critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity, or pet insurance.
- Once satisfied with your new elections, click
- You must complete any changes by Saturday,
November 9, 2019.
